Trouble with unstable video or audio during streaming

Updated this week

A fast and stable internet connection (Wi-Fi recommended) is required to watch live streams smoothly.
If your connection is unstable, you may experience issues such as freezing, audio dropouts, or looping video.

▶ Recommended Environment (as of September 2025)

Smartphones / Tablets:

  • iPhone: iOS 16 or later (latest Safari)

  • Android: Android 8.0 or later (latest Google Chrome)

Desktop / Laptop:

  • OS: Windows 10 or later, or macOS 10.14 or later

  • Browser: Latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox

▶ Troubleshooting Steps

For all devices:

  • Refresh the page

  • Close unused tabs or background apps

  • Restart your device

  • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

On mobile:

  • Restart your browser app

  • Try watching on a different device

On desktop:

  • Restart your router

  • Update your browser to the latest version

  • Use Google Chrome if possible

⚠ Notes on data usage and network stability

  • Streaming high-quality video may consume a large amount of data.

  • The exact data usage varies depending on video resolution and your device/network environment.

  • While we take every precaution on our side to ensure stable delivery (equipment, connectivity, etc.), please understand that unexpected interruptions may still occur due to the nature of live broadcasting.

💬 Still experiencing issues?

If you've followed all the steps above and the issue remains unresolved — whether you're watching a live stream or an archived video — please let us know.

Some problems may not be related to your device or network, but instead caused by the original stream provided by the event organizer. For example:

  • Audio and video are out of sync

  • Parts of the video are missing

  • Incorrect or repeated scenes are shown

ZAIKO cannot modify the stream directly, but your report helps us escalate the issue internally.

If you suspect the issue might be on the stream provider’s side, please **type “talk to a person” or similar in this chat** to request human support.
