The event has been canceled or postponed, but I haven't received any notice from ZAIKO

Updated this week

If your event has been canceled or postponed, and you haven’t received any updates from ZAIKO, we understand your concern — and we’re very sorry for the confusion.

ZAIKO provides ticketing services on behalf of event organizers, and we rely on official instructions from the organizer to take any action (such as issuing refunds or sending notifications).

This means that even if an event cancellation or postponement is announced elsewhere (e.g., on social media), we may not take action unless the organizer has informed us directly.

✅ What to do in this case

  • There may be a delay or lack of communication from the organizer.

  • If your event has been officially canceled or postponed but you haven’t received any notification from us,
please contact our support team so we can investigate.

Your report will help us reach out to the organizer and confirm the situation.

📌 Please note

  • ZAIKO does not make decisions about whether an event is canceled or postponed — this is entirely up to the organizer.

  • We are only able to process refunds, rescheduling, or notices after receiving clear instructions from them.

  • In some cases, the organizer may handle communications or refunds directly, without involving ZAIKO
